Plot:

Max Spooks is nasty loan shark who persecutes a teenager who has borrowed money of him to buy a motorbike. However Max decides to call in the loan early and is pressuring Josh for full payment. Blake is a friend of Josh and after confiding about Spooks Blake calls on a friend who can did dirt up on people. Together they bring Spooks down.
