The Estate - 90 Minute Film

We are starting the casting process for a feature length film called The Estate. It centres around residents in one part of a housing estate that is full of drugs and dealing, The residencts are fed up and get together and call a local meeting of residents to build a plan to get rid of the problem causers.

The issue is the estate even with all its problems is close knit and those doing the dealing grew up on there which makes it a deligate situation.

There are 8 main characters and around a dozen SA's

Filming will begin early feburary and take place over 7 Sundays, one sunday per month and finish by the start of July.

To make it easier we will film the first sunday of eack months and aim to film 12-15 mins of film time each shoot. Filming will take place in Wythenshawe and in different locations throughout the town.

We invite members to apply for a role that suits them and their style. You can also apply for an SA or Crew role.

Please be aware only Collective Member can apply for an acting or crew role, anyone can apply for SA roles regardless of age or gender.

As we are a not for profit and the budget is zero there will be no payment for any part. Everyone who gets involved will be credited and get a showreel of their work for their own promotion and the ability to add their part to their portfolio
